3. Nature of Our Services
VeriSync Designs offers customized digital design services.
Our services are performed electronically, and completed design files are delivered digitally.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, our purchases do not include physical products, printing, shipping, manufacturing, or tangible merchandise.
Each service is defined by the information presented on its respective product page, including its scope, deliverables, revision allowance, and estimated timeline.
Any services or features not expressly included in the purchased package may require a separate quotation and additional payment.
4. Orders and Acceptance
Customers may place orders through our website by selecting an available design service and completing the checkout process.
When an order is submitted:
-
The customer selects the required design package.
-
The customer provides accurate billing and contact information.
-
Payment is submitted through the available checkout method.
-
We review the order and relevant project requirements.
-
We may request additional information before beginning the design process.
An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order but does not necessarily constitute acceptance of the project.
We may contact the customer if the requested work falls outside the purchased scope, requires additional information, or cannot reasonably be completed as requested.
If we cannot accept a paid order, we will arrange an appropriate refund to the original payment method.
5. Pricing and Payments
All prices displayed on our website are listed in United States Dollars (USD), unless otherwise stated.
The total purchase amount, including any applicable taxes or additional charges, will be presented during checkout before payment authorization.
Payment is generally required before project work begins unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise.
Payments are processed through the payment methods available on our website.
We do not authorize customers to use stolen, fraudulent, or otherwise unauthorized payment methods.
We reserve the right to update service prices and package offerings at any time. Price changes will not retroactively alter an accepted, fully paid order unless both parties agree in writing.
Additional work outside the original package scope requires customer approval before additional fees are charged.
6. Customer Design Requirements
To deliver customized design services, customers must provide the information necessary to complete their project.
Depending on the service, this may include:
-
Business or brand name
-
Project description and objectives
-
Preferred colors, fonts, and design styles
-
Existing logos and brand assets
-
Text, images, and marketing content
-
Product details and packaging specifications
-
Desired dimensions and file formats
-
Relevant references or creative instructions
Customers are responsible for ensuring that submitted information is accurate and that they possess the necessary rights to any supplied materials.
Incomplete or delayed submissions may affect the project timeline.
We are not responsible for errors caused by inaccurate information supplied by the customer when those errors have not been identified and corrected during the review process.
7. Design Process and Project Communication
Our standard design workflow consists of:
Step 1 — Order Review: We review the purchased service and project requirements.
Step 2 — Information Collection: We obtain the creative brief and required customer materials.
Step 3 — Design Development: We create the initial design concepts within the purchased scope.
Step 4 — Customer Review: The customer reviews the designs and submits feedback.
Step 5 — Revisions: We make eligible changes according to the package’s included revision allowance.
Step 6 — Final Approval and Delivery: We prepare and deliver the approved design files in the agreed formats.
Project communication may take place through email or other communication channels designated by VeriSync Designs.
Customers should provide clear, consolidated feedback to support an efficient design process.
8. Estimated Project Timelines
Estimated delivery periods are provided on individual product pages or in written project communications.
The project timeline generally begins once payment has been confirmed and all required information has been received.
Delivery estimates may be affected by:
-
Project complexity
-
Missing or incomplete requirements
-
Customer response times
-
Revision requests
-
Changes to the original design scope
-
Technical interruptions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed deadlines unless expressly agreed in writing.
If a significant delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to notify the customer and provide an updated estimate.
9. Revisions and Scope Changes
Each service includes the number of revisions specified in the purchased package.
Revisions generally cover reasonable adjustments to the original design direction, such as changes to colors, text, layout, spacing, or design details.
The following may be considered additional work:
-
Requests for entirely new concepts beyond the package allowance
-
A substantial change in creative direction after design approval
-
Major changes to the original project brief
-
Additional deliverables or design variations
-
Requests exceeding the included revision limit
When additional fees apply, we will explain the proposed scope and cost before proceeding.
No additional work will be charged without customer authorization.
10. Digital Delivery and Fulfillment
All design services are fulfilled digitally.
Final files may be delivered through email, secure download links, or another electronic delivery method communicated to the customer.
Available file formats depend on the purchased service and may include PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, or other specifically agreed formats.
Editable project files, working files, source documents, and third-party licensed assets are included only when expressly stated in the purchased package or separate agreement.
No physical shipping is required for digital services.
Customers are responsible for downloading and securely storing their delivered files.
11. Customer Approval
Customers should carefully review their design proofs before providing final approval.
Approval indicates that the customer has reviewed the presented design and accepts the visible content, spelling, layout, and other design elements, subject to any unresolved issues specifically identified in writing.
After final approval and delivery, additional changes may be treated as a new revision request or separate project.
Customers remain responsible for verifying factual content, legal statements, business information, product claims, and other materials intended for public distribution.
12. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights
Customers retain ownership of original materials, trademarks, content, and other intellectual property they provide to VeriSync Designs.
Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, VeriSync Designs retains ownership of preliminary concepts, rejected drafts, internal working materials, design methods, and reusable tools or templates developed independently of the customer’s project.
Upon full payment and final delivery, the customer receives the agreed rights to use the approved final design for the commercial or personal purposes described in the purchased package.
To the extent VeriSync Designs owns assignable copyright in original elements of the approved final design, any transfer of copyright ownership must be expressly documented in a separate written assignment signed by the appropriate parties.
Third-party assets, fonts, templates, photographs, and other licensed materials remain subject to their respective license terms.
We do not guarantee that a proposed logo, business name, design, or other creative element is eligible for trademark registration or exclusive legal protection.
Customers are responsible for obtaining any necessary trademark clearance and registration.
13. Customer-Provided Materials
By submitting text, photographs, logos, designs, or other materials, the customer grants VeriSync Designs a limited, nonexclusive license to use those materials solely as reasonably necessary to perform the requested services.
Customers confirm that they own or have permission to use the materials they submit.
We may decline to use materials that appear to infringe third-party intellectual property rights or violate applicable laws.
14. Refunds, Cancellations, and Order Changes
Refunds and cancellations are handled in accordance with our published Refund and Cancellation Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
Because graphic design services involve customized creative work, refund eligibility may depend on the stage of project completion and the work already performed.
Customers should contact us promptly if they wish to cancel an order or request a refund.
Refund requests may be submitted to:
design@verisyncsolutionsllc.us
Any applicable statutory refund rights remain unaffected by these Terms.
We do not impose an automatic waiver of legally protected refund rights merely because an order is classified as a digital service.
15. Unauthorized Payments and Payment Disputes
If a customer believes a transaction was unauthorized or charged incorrectly, they should contact us promptly using the contact information provided on our website.
We will review the available order and payment information and make reasonable efforts to resolve legitimate billing concerns.
Customers also retain any dispute rights available through their payment provider or applicable law.
We may retain relevant transaction records, customer communications, and delivery confirmation records to investigate and respond to payment disputes.
16. Third-Party Services
Our website may use third-party providers for payment processing, hosting, website functionality, communication, security, and other business operations.
Those providers may maintain separate terms and privacy practices.
We are not responsible for independent third-party websites or services that are outside our control.
Use of such services may be subject to their separate contractual terms.
17. Prohibited Uses
Customers may not use our website or services to:

We aim to provide professional design services consistent with the agreed project scope.
However, we do not guarantee particular commercial outcomes, including increases in sales, brand recognition, customer engagement, website traffic, or business profitability.
Creative preferences are subjective, and results may vary based on customer requirements and intended applications.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated in the applicable service agreement.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or protections that cannot lawfully be disclaimed.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VeriSync Designs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or services, including lost profits or business opportunities.
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from a specific purchased service will not exceed the amount paid for that service.
This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, including liability arising from fraud, intentional misconduct, or other legally non-excludable obligations.
20. Privacy and Data Protection
We collect and process customer information to provide our services, manage orders, communicate with customers, process payments, and maintain website security.
Our practices are described in our separate Privacy Policy available on our website.
Customers are encouraged to review that policy before submitting personal information.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or applicable legal requirements.
Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
Changes will not retroactively modify the material terms of an already accepted order without appropriate agreement or lawful authority.
22. Governing Law
